My little brother (not so little...he is 6'4") left a weight bench at my Mom's house eons ago....I'm going to go inspect it and see if all the weights and such are with it and bring it here. That will get us more iron in the house. I think strength training is actually more important than cardio and you see a faster transformation from lifting.
